This privacy policy is between Cyberdog.co (“us”) and the website visitor or customer (“you”). Most importantly, this policy is in place to safeguard your information. We will not disclose your personally identifiable information with third-parties unless done in accordance with this policy. The follow statements set our privacy policy. This policy may change from time-to-time so please review this policy periodically. What information do we collect?
Cyberdog.co utilizes Google Analytics to collect aggregate statistics about our website visitors to make decisions on our product offerings. This may include, but is not limited to, what web browsers our product offerings should support, what plugins are commonly available, and what geographical regions visitors of our website originate from.

Cyberdog.co stores customer contact information (such as name and mailing address, email address, and telephone numbers) and financial information (such as credit card number) for billing purposes and in order to contact customers in regards to our services offered.

Cyberdog.co also uses cookies to help identify you and access your account data, to track traffic patterns and for system administration. A cookie is a small text file that is created by your browser from a web page and is stored on your computer's hard drive. This allows you to remain logged in to your account while browsing our website.

How do we store your information?
This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Customer information is stored in a password protected database. Credit Card numbers are encrypted using an AES symmetric key cipher. Your password is stored using a SHA-1 one-way hash. Information transmitted utilizes TLS and endeavors to utilize the strongest cipher suites that support Perfect Forward Secrecy and TLS 1.2, however, your browser may not support the strongest technologies. How do we use your information?
Cyberdog.co uses customer information for the purposes of billing and to contact customers in regards to our services offered. In accordance with this, we share customer information to third-party intermediaries solely for the purpose of delivering such services. These third-parties include our domain registrars and payment processors “Enom”, “Directi”, “PayPal”, or “2CheckOut” and their subsidiaries.

Cyberdog.co also utilizes “MaxMind” for fraud prevention. We may share your contact information with MaxMind to determine if the financial transaction is valid.

When do we disclose your information?
Cyberdog.co will not disclose your contact or financial information without your express permission with any third party except those defined in this policy required for payment processing or rendering services purchased. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these third parties.

We may disclose customer information in special cases when Cyberdog.co has reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy or may be causing injury or interference with our rights, property, our customers or anyone who could be harmed by such activities.

We may also disclose Customer Information when we believe, in good faith, that the law requires it. Cyberdog.co has never received an order under Section 215 of the USA Patriot Act. We have received 0 (zero) government requests for information. We have not placed any backdoors into our software and have not received any requests for doing so. Pay close attention to any modifications to the previous sentences.

How do you correct, update, or remove information?
You may login to their account by clicking My Account on this website to modify or update your contact information. If you wish to cancel your services and wish to have your customer information removed from our servers, please email us at privacy (at) cyberdog.co or call us toll-free.
